Keeptrack Scan-only
The KeepTrack app, configured in Scan-only mode, is intended for in-person events where participants will not use networking via the app, but will only exchange contacts using their badge and QRCode. Providing the app in Scan-only mode allows you as an organizer to reduce the time required to configure your app.
With KeepTrack Scan-only, your exhibitors have access to a dedicated app to record the contact information of attendees they met during the event and later export the list of scanned contacts.
Configure the KeepTrack app in Scan-only mode
To enable the Scan-only option, go to the Mobile app tab, Advanced Options section, and check the Enable Scan-only mode box.
At the conclusion of your event, you will have the option to send the list of leads to each of your exhibitors. Alternatively, you can configure your exhibitors' personal area so they can download their leads independently.
