Why choose a white-label app?
The standard version of KeepTrack already lets you customize the home page, colors, buttons and visible content. If you want to offer your attendees an even smoother, more immersive and more professional experience, the white-label app is the ideal solution.
With the white-label solution, you get:
a custom app name (visible in the App Store and Google Play),
a logo and app icon in your colors,
a dedicated URL and identity, without mention of Eventmaker,
and of course, all native KeepTrack features (scan, messaging, contacts, schedule, qualification…).
Implementation process
Creating a white-label app is a dedicated project, requiring:
support from our dedicated sales team,
coordination with our product and development team,
and a validation schedule for store publication.
💡 To start a white-label project, contact your Eventmaker sales representative, who will guide you through scoping, customization and publishing stages.

An app that reflects your brand
With the white-label solution, you enhance your brand image while strengthening attendee engagement. The app becomes a true extension of your event, available in the stores under your name, with a coherent and professional interface.
Feature Guest Mode: Access without login
What is Guest Mode for?
The Guest Mode allows any user to view an event's public information (program, practical info…) without having to log in.
This allows:
to promote the event before registration,
to simplify access for unregistered visitors,
or to offer an initial experience to invited profiles.
How does it work?
Once Guest Mode is enabled, a “Continue without logging in” button appears on the white-label app login screen.
The user accesses the list of available events in visitor mode.
By clicking an event, they access that event's home page.
When they want to navigate further (other sections), a locked page appears, with two options :
Sign up via a “Sign up” button
Organizer settings
Enable Guest Mode
From the Mobile application tab in your account.
Check the “Enable visitor mode” box.
Make sure to link a website page to the “Sign up” section.
⚠️ If no page is selected, the event will not be visible in the list accessible from Guest Mode.
💡 You can now share your app as a true registration channel by distributing links to it so that your future participants can register directly from the app.
