KeepTrack - Access & Initial Settings

KeepTrack is the mobile application designed to support participants before, during and after the event. An intuitive interface that centralizes information and meetings and streamlines the onsite experience.

Enable or hide features

From the KeepTrack configuration screen in the back office, you can choose the features available in the app.

Activatable features:

  • Home

  • Contacts

  • Messaging

  • Scan

  • Visit path

  • Qualification

  • Sessions (Personal Calendar)

Each enabled feature will appear as a tab or a button depending on the chosen configuration.


Access to customization

From your event back office, go to:

  • Website > Customize my website

  • Click on the 📱 mobile icon in the left sidebar menu to access the KeepTrack configuration view.

You will then access the app preview, with the following customization options:

  • Choice of the welcome visual banner

  • Background color or image

  • Configuration of the navigation buttons


Sponsor management

You can display a sponsor image at various key moments of the user experience:

  • When arriving on the home page

  • When changing event

  • On first login

  • When clicking "Back" with no active event

To do this:

  1. Go to Mobile Application

  2. Enable the option Allow sponsor images

  3. Upload an image in 1080 x 1920 px format


Customize navigation

KeepTrack allows you to configure a home page composed of buttons that link to different sections of your site or the app.

Add a button

  • Click New button

  • Give it a title (and an optional subtitle)

  • Choose an icon or a custom image

  • Select the destination page (web page, profile, schedule, etc.)

Advanced settings

  • Width of the button

  • Custom colors

  • Content order (image before/after text)

  • Alignment (left, center, right)

Conditional display

It is possible to display a button to a specific population or segment, without redirecting to an unauthorized page. The button will only be visible to the participants concerned.


Enable the personal calendar

It is now possible to integrate a personal calendar directly into the KeepTrack app. This feature allows each participant to view their sessions, meetings, activities or personal slots in a readable, color-coded agenda from their mobile device.

Back-office configuration

The feature relies on the configuration of the Personal Calendar already defined on the website. To enable it on mobile:

  1. Go to the Website tab > Customize my website.

  2. Add or configure the Personal Calendar section:

  3. Then, open the Mobile Application tab and enable the Personal Calendar feature via the visible features configuration panel.

  4. As with the program, a new Personal Calendar block will appear. It allows you to specify the URL of the configured page.


How to sign in?

KeepTrack offers two sign-in methods for participants:

  • Using the email address used during registration

  • Using the configuration QR Code (Flash Config)

To activate the Flash Config QR Code:

  1. Go to the Website Builder

  2. Add the KeepTrack Configuration QR Code section

  3. This section provides the app download link + personal QR Code

⚠️ This QR Code is distinct from the one used for participant scanning (networking).


🚫 Scan Only mode

By enabling Scan only in the settings, only the Contacts and Profile sections will remain accessible. The home page and custom buttons are hidden.

This mode is ideal for exhibitors who want a simple app to scan contacts without distractions.
