Activate and configure the Visit Trail
Prerequisites
Enable the "Visit Trail" feature;
Add the Visit Trail section to your website;
Create a dedicated page (optional but recommended);
(Optional) Plan a Visit Trail email campaign.
Configuration steps
Go to the Engagement > Visit Trail tab;
Enable :
The exhibitor QR codes download button;
The summary email (optional);
Create the Visit Trail page with the associated section;
Set the export options for visitors;
Test the display with a test account.

Download the booth QR codes;
Configure the lead download email;
Visit Trail export (visitor)
Each participant can export their interactions with event elements:
The export is done from the Visit Trail section and via the app;
The columns are customizable (as in an email template)
Format: simple Excel file, by day and by interaction
