What is the Visit Trail for?

  • Display a participant's personal visit history;

  • Highlight interaction with exhibitors and content;

  • Provide a memory interface after the event (useful for follow-up or ROI);

  • Allow the visitor to rate certain items such as exhibitors;

  • Offer a custom export of their interactions.

Where can the Visit Trail be used?

  • In a "Visit Trail" section on your site website;

  • By email via a summary Visit Trail campaign;

  • On the Keeptrack mobile app, in a simplified format;

    As an Excel export for the visitors themselves.

Activate and configure the Visit Trail

Prerequisites

  • Enable the "Visit Trail" feature;

  • Add the Visit Trail section to your website;

  • Create a dedicated page (optional but recommended);

  • (Optional) Plan a Visit Trail email campaign.

Configuration steps

  1. Go to the Engagement > Visit Trail tab;

  2. Enable :

    • The exhibitor QR codes download button;

    • The summary email (optional);

  3. Create the Visit Trail page with the associated section;

  4. Set the export options for visitors;

  5. Test the display with a test account.

From the Visit Trail tab, you can:

  • Download the booth QR codes;

  • Configure the lead download email;

Each participant can export their interactions with event elements:

  • The export is done from the Visit Trail section and via the app;

  • The columns are customizable (as in an email template)

  • Format: simple Excel file, by day and by interaction
