Accessing app customization

To begin customizing the mobile app, simply:

  1. Go to the 'Website' tab : Customize website.

  2. Click the mobile icon 📱 located at the top left of the interface to access the app home page settings.

Customize the banner and buttons

1. Configure the welcome banner

You can add a visual banner at the top of the app (recommended size: 860x573px ). This visual can be customized to reflect your event identity, such as the logo, a sponsor visual or a general illustration.

2. Customize the home page buttons

The buttons on the home page allow participants to navigate the app easily. You can set a general rule for most items, but here are the options available for each button individually:

  • Title and Subtitle

  • Icon or image (Font Awesome icon or custom image)

  • Shape (rounded, square, partially rounded)

  • Custom colors (background, text, subtitle, icon)

  • Text alignment (left, center, right)

  • The specific size of each button to create a more dynamic interface.

You can also set the number of buttons per row globally

Available button types

Each button can be configured to point to:

  1. Internal event page (agenda, venue map, personal area, etc.)

  2. External link (institutional site, etc.)

  3. Dynamic link (from a participant field to personalize the link)

Managing button visibility and accessibility

Button visibility can be conditioned according to several criteria:

  • By segment: display certain buttons only for specific groups (e.g.: exhibitors, VIPs, etc.).

  • By schedule: display a button only at a specific time (e.g.: the "access badge" button visible only on the event day).

This allows you to create a clearer and more relevant interface for each participant type.

Conclusion

Customizing the KeepTrack mobile app allows you to deliver a user experience fully tailored to your event's needs. By adjusting appearance, features and navigation, you create an intuitive interface that reflects your event's identity.
