New: customizable fields
Until now, exhibitors had 3 static fields to qualify a contact from the application:
Contact type
Role
Follow-up actions
These fields can now be configured at the event level, and modified by each exhibitor according to their own needs.
Configure the event's default qualification fields
In the Leads > Settings tab, a new button allows you to manage the default fields that all exhibitors will find initially.
Intuitive interface
This configurator works like a mini "form builder":
Fields are listed on the left (drag-and-drop to set the order),
Their content and settings are visible on the right.
Available field types
Three field types are available:
Free text: simple comment field.
Rating: 1 to 5 star rating.
Value list: dropdown menu with your own customizable options.
💡 You can modify these base fields at any time. Previously created exhibitors will have their fields updated automatically.
Manage exhibitor-specific fields
Each exhibitor can then customize their fields in their interface (Eventmaker website). A new management section is available in the Leads tab, accessible only if you have enabled it in the theme.
The interface is similar to the organizer's, but limited to the relevant exhibitor.
The exhibitor can:
Modify or delete fields inherited from the event,
Create new fields tailored to their activity,
Organize their form to optimize data entry.
Import a previous configuration
An exhibitor who has already used Eventmaker can reuse a field configuration defined on another event.
How it works
When opening the Lead qualification section, an "Import a configuration" card appears if the exhibitor has already defined fields elsewhere.
They can choose a source profile from a filterable, previewable list.
The fields from the selected profile completely replace the currently active ones.
This provides considerable time savings and better consistency in sales follow-up across multiple events.
Integration with the KeepTrack app
These custom fields are then used directly in the mobile app to qualify scanned leads.
