Introduction
Not just products? With the collections feature, you can manage customizable entities (projects, services, etc.) directly linked to exhibitors. Each collection has its own fields, its display, its quotas… all integrated into your website and your CRM tools.
Create a collection
From the event's advanced settings, go to the Collections area, then click Add a collection. Name it, and define the fields that will structure the associated items.
Each collection contains by default :
Name
Description
Illustration
Themes
You can add as many fields as necessary.
Available custom fields
Available types include :
Short or long text
File (PDF, Word, etc.)
Image
List of values (ideal for dropdown menus)
Example of a list-of-values field
Add options such as :
Maturity level: Prototype, In testing, Commercialized
Project type: Collaborative, Individual
These options appear in the web form via a dropdown menu.
Create an item in a collection
Once the collection is created, exhibitors can complete a form directly on the site (via the appropriate configured section). The fields you defined appear automatically in the form.
Each item can then :
Display on the website
In the Website Builder :
Add a Collection items management section
Select the source: choose the collection to display.
Customize filters and appearance.
The system is the same as for guest products, but you gain flexibility.
