Reports let you analyze your visitors' profiles (origin, nationality, job title) and observe content trends (themes of your program sessions).
They also allow you to certify your figures when required (OJS declaration).
Use Eventmaker reports
Go to the Report tab from the right navigation menu. You will be redirected to the page that allows you to access the download of your post-event statistics.
Several types of reports
Here you have access to different types of statistics
Attendance by participant group : Participant groups are used for comparisons from year N-1 to year N.
Attendance by registration category : As the name indicates, here you can find reports based on each participant's category (visitor, exhibitor, VIP).
Attendance by field : You can filter the list of attendees here according to any fields that exist in the back-office (company, job title, country)
Attendance by check-in point : You can find attendees at all created access points (entrance, workshops, conferences)
Attendance by interests : As the name indicates, you can find the event attendance sorted by themes.

Sales by item : Here you can find all sales made during your event, sorted by item.
Sessions by number of favorites : Discover which sessions in your program were most saved to participants' favorites.

Invitations sent by exhibitors : Find here the number of registrants and the registration quota for each of your exhibiting companies.
Exhibitors by number of favorites : Discover which exhibitors at your event were most saved to participants' favorites.
Exhibitors by number of leads : Find the list of your exhibitors sorted by the number of leads each generated.
Products by number of favorites and ratings : As the name indicates, you will find the list of products on your platform, the number of times they were added to favorites, as well as their average rating and number of reviews.
Messages sent on this event : Keep an eye on the number of messages sent on your platform as well as their types.
In each attendance report, you will find the number of unique visitors per day as well as the number of revisits if your event takes place over several days. Each figure is clickable and allows you to directly access the list of registered participants / visits / revisits / no-shows.
⚠️ A report can contain a maximum of 200 lines.
Customize your reports
Within each tab, you can refine your search by filtering by day and by segment.
Additionally, to further customize reports to your needs, calculated fields can be useful, as well as removing unwanted columns. Indeed, next to each column, there is a small trash icon that allows you to delete columns and keep only those that are useful to you.
Save reports
After choosing the report display criteria (segment, day, category), you can save this view by clicking the + Save report button. Here you can choose its name and find it on the main page of the Report tab.
Furthermore, each report has a unique URL, so you can send it by email to your colleagues who have access to the platform.
Resolve your difficulties
The main difficulty you will encounter when generating reports is the heterogeneity of your database: there are gaps where values are not correctly grouped. To correct these errors, two methods are possible :
Reprocess your database via bulk actions. To do this, go to the Participants list tab > Select the attendees you want to modify in the list by checking the boxes to the left of the name or by selecting the segment of those people > Click the More button > Trigger an action > here you can update participants' fields and status in bulk. This will help standardize your database and improve the quality of your statistics.
Use calculated fields to group values. Using calculated fields allows you to bring out visitor profiles.
Include participants who have deleted their personal data
Reports are affected when guests choose to delete their personal data from the platform. To avoid inconsistencies, we recommend using the custom fields. When you create a custom field (under the Participant fields tab), you can check that it does not contain personal data. Thus, if a participant erases their data, your reports will remain intact.
To go further...
The Eventmaker team offers to reprocess your databases if you have specific needs. Your statistics will be imported into Google Spreadsheets and reworked by a member of our CSM team.
Additionally, you have the option, via our API, to synchronize your statistics directly into an Excel spreadsheet. You can refer to this article for more information.
