A control center for your events

Available from the Event > Dashboard tab, this feature centralizes your event's essential data into line charts, diagrams and comparison charts. Each dashboard can be filtered by period, category, audience or even compared to another event (e.g., 2024 vs. 2025).

Track registrations

You have access to a registration progress chart, with several filter levels:

  • by category,

  • by audience (e.g., visitors, exhibitors),

  • by day or week,

  • with the option for cross-event comparison (e.g., edition N vs. N+1).

🔎 Ideal for checking whether your momentum aligns with expected targets.

Analyze attendance (check-ins)

The Dashboard also lets you track physical and digital attendance:

  • check-ins at the event entrance,

  • attendance at touchpoints (conferences, workshops, etc.),

  • viewing live sessions (for digital formats).

This visualization helps evaluate the actual engagement of participants.

Measure networking activity

A specific chart compiles interactions between participants:

  • number of messages sent,

  • meeting requests made.

This tracking is particularly useful for B2B events where the connection rate is a strong performance indicator.

Evaluate participant engagement with scoring

The Scoring chart allows you to measure the active participation of attendees at your event. It is based on a points system automatically assigned according to specific actions taken by participants, such as:

  • logging in to their personal area,

  • registering for sessions,

  • attending a conference (in-person or digital),

  • sending messages,

  • scheduling meetings,

  • visiting booths,

  • etc.

Scoring helps you to:

  • identify your most engaged participants,

  • spot high-potential profiles for your sales teams or follow-ups,

  • analyze the impact of the different formats offered during the event.

This analysis is especially useful for hybrid or digital events, where involvement is not only visible on-site.

Analyze generated leads

The Leads section displays:

  • the total number of leads collected,

  • their distribution by exhibitor,

  • the collection sources (badge scan, form, meeting booking, etc.), identifiable by color.

🎯 This allows you to better understand which touchpoints are most effective for your exhibitors.

Track commercial performance (sales)

The Sales chart aggregates all financial data from your paid registrations:

  • revenue by day,

  • sales breakdown by payment method (card, bank transfer, etc.),

  • items sold (products, tickets, access, etc.),

💡 Perfect for analyzing sales peaks and steering your pricing strategy or follow-ups.
