A product can take different forms within your event. For example:
an item,
a garment,
any service sold by an exhibitor,
On the Eventmaker platform, it is placed at the same level as the check-in points, the sessions of the program and the accommodations. A product nonetheless has specific features, notably the ability to be selected multiple times within the same registration.
What your participants will see
Your participants will be able to select multiple quantities of the offered products. These products can be paid or free, be limited in quantity and have quotas per registration.
How to configure your products
Go to the Products tab on your Eventmaker platform.
You will then access the list of your products, and you can edit them and create new ones.
Your product consists of the following attributes which you can configure to suit your needs.
Name : Which will appear on your form without additional configuration.
Description
Illustration
Program : Date, Start time, Duration
Registration : Quota
Pricing : Price, Tax, Tax name
Checkin : Rule if you wish to scan or sign off orders for your products
Advanced : custom fields

You can import and export your products to apply bulk actions and save time on configuration!
