Build and display your program

Once your sessions are created, they will not be displayed automatically on your site. You must create a program using the Program V2 feature.

Create a program

Go to the Program tab, then click Programs.

Add a program

  1. Select a Selection filter (required). This filter determines which sessions will be displayed.

    • Example: display only sessions of type “Conference” or “In-person”.

    • If you do not select any filter, all sessions are displayed by default.

  1. Adjust the display :

    • Name, time, room, etc.

    • Filters available for participants (room, day, topic, etc.)

    • the position of the search bar

You can also display information about speakers, moderators and exhibitors

Display the program on your site

  1. Go to Website > Customize this website

  2. Add the Program V2 Section where you want it

  3. Select the program you just created

The program is now visible and participants can register directly for sessions (if the configuration allows).
