Focus - Participant List - Exhibitor

Eventmaker offers a set of advanced options to display lists, detailed pages and information from your registration forms.

Updated over a week ago

You can display on the homepage a preview of your exhibitors to pique your visitors' curiosity. You can also use this to insert a link to the full list to drive even more engagement.

To further pique your visitors' curiosity, you can make the full exhibitor list available only to registered attendees.

It is also possible, from the Participant List section, to redirect on click from an exhibitor to their detailed view. When creating this view, the Participant Information section will be automatically added to this new web page.

From this section, many pieces of information can be displayed; it is up to you to configure them.

⚠️ This section of the website requests information related to your participants' responses. Make sure to ask these questions in their registration form.

  • The header containing the participant's main information Choose the field to use for the page title (the identity field is selected by default). You can choose to add a subtitle, an illustration, the participant's topics and various action buttons.

  • Favorites If you have enabled adding an exhibitor to a participant's favorites from the Engagement tab of your platform, you will have the option to configure the add/remove favorites label from the Participant Information section.

  • Information Section Choose the title and alignment of the exhibitor information that will appear on the page.

  • Collaborators Configure the display of the exhibitor's companions. ⚠️ For this option to work, ensure that the exhibitor is part of the population Exhibitor and that the collaborators are in the Exhibitor Badge population.

  • Program sessions Configure the display of the program sessions for which the exhibitor is a speaker and/or an exhibitor.

  • Registration Choose whether to enable registration for the sessions mentioned above and whether to display them.

  • Products Configure the display of the products offered by your exhibitors during your event.

  • Appointments

Choose whether to enable appointment booking directly from an exhibitor's detailed view.

  • Participant Information

Finally, choose the fields to display in the Information Section mentioned above. These fields correspond to the fields you created when configuring your registration forms.

Co-exhibitors

The concept of a co-exhibitor allows exhibitors to be linked together. To display co-exhibitors directly in the detailed view of your exhibitors, configuration across several tabs of your platform is required. We recommend creating a registration category dedicated to co-exhibitors beforehand.

First, you need to display the exhibitor's affiliation code so that they can give it to their co-exhibitor. The co-exhibitor can then enter it in their registration form. To do this, you must add the Affiliation code section in the exhibitor area.

Next, you need to add the question Main exhibitor affiliation code to the co-exhibitor registration form. By answering this question with the code provided by the main exhibitor, they will be linked and displayed in each other's detailed views.

Finally, if you want to display co-exhibitors on the exhibitor's detailed view and vice versa, you will need to create two different views. The reason is that in the detailed view settings, you can choose to display either the main exhibitor or the co-exhibitors.

In the detailed view settings of the main exhibitor, you must tick the Show co-exhibitors checkbox and configure its display. Do the same for the co-exhibitors' detailed view: tick the Show main exhibitor checkbox and configure it.

Here is how co-exhibitors will appear on the exhibitor's detailed view page

As you can see, these buttons are clickable. You will then arrive on the co-exhibitor's detailed view page where the main exhibitor will be displayed (also clickable).
