To provide each exhibitor with a personalized view of their event, a dedicated personal area should be set up on your website. This area allows each exhibiting company to access its key information, schedule, meetings, and communication materials.
Objective of the exhibitor personal area
Provide access to the exhibitor badge.
Allow the management of the schedule and meetings.
Offer quick links to participant lists or other exhibitors.
Enhance visibility and communication via social media.
Provide a single point of entry throughout the event.
Access the site editor
Go to Website > Customize this website.
You have two options:
Option 1 | Option 2 |
Create a new personal page | Use the registration confirmation page as the personal area |
You have many exhibitor segments but they have the same access. | Not all your exhibitor categories have the same access. |
⚠️ If you create a new page (Option 1), remember to:
Restrict access to logged-in participants,
Limit visibility to the "Exhibitors" segment.
Make the area accessible
Add a direct link in the site menu (e.g.: "My exhibitor area").
Or, on the homepage, insert a "Access my area" button that automatically redirects to the confirmation page or the dedicated page.
