By clicking a participant's name in the Participant list, you will arrive at their detailed view.
Participant information
The first pieces of information you see on a participant's detailed view are the engagement score, the category and the QR code associated with the participant's badge. Several tabs are accessible from this view; we will focus on each of them.
Information
In this section, you can view the registration and payment status (if a ticketing has been created), as well as the details of the information entered by the participant in their registration form. If the participant was registered by someone else, or vice versa, you can find linked participants under the information mentioned above, with access to download their various documents.
Below all this information, you can view the participant's GDPR communication preferences as well as their source before accessing the participant's various summaries.
These summaries include:
Order history and payments made
The history of email communications sent to them
The programme sessions they registered for
The various appointments they organized
Other check-in points where they are expected
Scoring
The Scoring tab on a participant's detailed view is explained in the article about Thematic Scoring.
Product
If the participant is an exhibitor, the products they added from their exhibitor area will be displayed here. Regardless of the participant's population, you can access from this view the list of products the participant has added to their favorites.
Favorites
From this tab, view the products, the programme sessions and the exhibitors your participant has added to their favorites.
To configure the addition of favorites, go to the Engagement tab, Favorites section, and check the boxes to grant your participants permission to save favorite products, sessions and/or exhibitors.
Available actions
After clicking on one of your participants, certain actions are available in the right-hand menu. Here is the list
Manage accreditations: You can manually manage the participant's accreditations.
Edit participant information : You can manually edit the participant's information, either from the participant creation menu or directly via their form.
Preview the confirmation page and email: By clicking these two buttons, open the confirmation email that your participant received or the confirmation page they arrived at after submitting their form. From this page, you can access the rest of your website while logged in as the participant.
Send an email: From this view you can trigger sending an email to your participant.
Display the QR Code flash config: Clicking this button displays the access QR Code for Keeptrack, allowing you to log in to the application as the participant.
History The history allows you to display the dates on which information about a particular participant was added or modified.
Open the participant's badges and documents Below the actions described above, you have the opportunity to open all the badges and documents configured for the category to which your participant belongs.
