Uniqueness field
Field that uniquely identifies a contact. Participants with identical values for these fields will be considered the same contact.
Default field
The platform provides several native default fields common to all participants. Among them are primarily the email address, last name, first name, company and many others. These fields are not editable.
Custom field
To simplify database management, we can create custom fields. These can be text fields, file fields, value lists, merge fields, calculated and hierarchical. A custom label can be assigned to them.
Calculated field
This is a field that is evaluated when a participant is updated and whose value depends on a calculation.
Speaker
This is a participant who speaks at one or more sessions of an event's program.

An exhibitor is a participant who represents their company to showcase their product or service to other attendees at a trade show.
Participant record
Management interface that gathers all individual information of a participant (fields, emails, status, documents).
Labels
Labels allow grouping participants who would have no attributes in common otherwise. This facilitates searches and creating segments.
Leads
This is a connection generated following an interaction between an exhibitor and another participant.
Moderation
Function allowing manual validation of a registration before it is considered 'registered'. It can affect the sending of emails and scanning at check-in.
Participant (guest)
In the vast majority of cases, this is a person at your event. They have attributes that define their status, category, and all their personal data and documents. They can also represent an entity (company).
It is an element of your database.
Populations
Populations allow grouping categories. They enable differentiating registration processes, managing networking, reports, unique emails, etc.
Registration status
