Prerequisites
Live and virtual conference solutions rely on recent technologies and innovative tools.
It is recommended to use the Google Chrome browser. If you use another browser, make sure it is up to date.
Finally, we strongly discourage Internet Explorer, which is increasingly considered obsolete and causes many issues for web developers.
How to access a live stream?
Register for the session
To participate in or view online events, you must be identified, and therefore registered. This is generally a very simple step available on most websites, or by invitation for private events.
Once registered, you are immediately connected to a session (not necessarily requiring a username and password), which allows you to navigate the site and the event program while identified.
If this is not the case, you can sign in using your registration confirmation email, which contains links redirecting you to the online event.
You may also have received an account creation email, in which case you must set a password to sign in to the event.
Register for the live stream
Most events will require that you have registered for the sessions you wish to view. Nothing could be simpler: click the "Register" button.
Access the live stream
Most events have a program page, or a personalized program accessible from your account, depending on your preferences indicated during registration.
It is from this program that you can access the various webinars and virtual conferences. 15 minutes before the start of a session, the red Join live button appears.
The live has started
Chat features
Remember to open the chat at the bottom right to participate and ask your questions. You have the option to:
write messages (moderation may be in place by the organizer)
react to messages
Access the replay
30 min after the end of a live, access to the replay is available with the "Access the replay" button, which will be located in place of the red button that allowed you to access it.
