Before the event, test the compatibility of your equipment and network.
Moderator role and tips
At the start of the session, allow a few minutes for latecomers.
Maintain engagement by encouraging participation in the chat and guiding discussions.
Specify when questions will be addressed in the chat.
Manage the chat responsively while ensuring to remain neutral and courteous.
Familiarize yourself with the interface to be fluent in managing the options.
Login procedure
Sign in
From the confirmation email, access the program, or sign in from the online area.
The button Access the live is displayed as soon as you sign in to test your equipment in advance.
Chat management
Visitors ask their questions via the chat.
Answer or forward questions to the speakers.Add a reaction with the emoji to the right of the message.
Moderation modes:
No moderation : all messages are visible immediately.
Active moderation : messages visible only to the moderator, with the option to approve or delete them.
Passive moderation : messages visible to everyone, but can be deleted.
Selecting messages:
Click on Select this message to highlight it in the Questions tab.
