📌 Key information
Video size : The video must be in MP4 format and have a maximum size of 5 GB.
Broadcasting a pre-recorded video as if it were live.
Live-like experience : the video starts automatically at the scheduled time and cannot be paused or fast-forwarded.
No real-time interaction : participants watch the video without the ability to interact directly with the video content.
Ideal format for a smooth, uninterrupted presentation, even during multiple simultaneous sessions.
Access : Opens 5 minutes before the scheduled time and automatically closes 30 minutes after the indicated end time.
➕ Add a pre-recorded live session
Go to the Program tab in the back office of your event.
Click on + Add a session, fill in:

Date, start time, duration and your speakers
Session name & Session type
4. In the Session type field, select Pre-recorded live.
⚙️ Specific settings for a pre-recorded live
Choose the video to broadcast :
Click on Save and choose a video in MP4 format.
Message to participants :
If you wish, check the box to send a message to participants 5 minutes before the start of the live.
Footer banner :
You can insert a link in the footer banner to redirect participants to additional information or an external page.
Enable chat :
Choose to enable the chat for the session, with or without moderation.
💬 Chat moderation
During the broadcast of the pre-recorded live, you have several chat moderation options :
No moderation : All messages are visible immediately.
Active moderation : Messages are visible only after moderator approval.
Passive moderation : The moderator can delete messages after they have been posted.
🕒 Scheduling the pre-recorded live
Set the broadcast time :
Choose the exact time when the video will start. The video will start automatically at that time and will be streamed without the possibility to rewind or fast-forward.
✅ Save the session
Once the session is configured (video, schedule, chat, moderation, etc.), click on Save. The session will then appear in your program and will be ready to be broadcast at the scheduled time.

Preview your video before uploading it to check the content quality.
Test the session before the event day to ensure everything works correctly.
Add a moderator or host to answer questions in the chat during the broadcast, to maintain interaction with your participants.
