πŸŽ₯ How to access a live?

1️⃣ Register for the session

πŸ“ To participate in or view an online event, you must be registered and logged in.
πŸ”Ή Registration is simple and quick, accessible directly on the event page.
πŸ”Ή For private events, registration is often by invitation.

2️⃣ Log in

πŸ”‘ Once registered, you are automatically logged in to your session and can browse the site and the event schedule.

If that's not the case:
πŸ“§ Check your registration confirmation email, it contains a direct link to the event.
πŸ”‘ If you received an account creation email, set a password to access the event.

3️⃣ Access the live

πŸ“… Most events have an online programme, accessible from your personal area.
πŸ—‚ This programme shows the different virtual sessions and conferences, based on your choices during registration.
⏳ 15 minutes before a session starts, a red button πŸŸ₯ "Access the live" will appear to allow you to join the live.

To interact during the event, remember to open the chat at the bottom right of the screen.
You will then be able to:


βœ… Send messages (according to the moderation rules defined by the organizer).


βœ… React to other participants' messages.

πŸ“ You can also respond to the various polls prepared by the speakers.

🎬 Access the replay

⏳ The replay is generally available 30 minutes after the live. You may need to wait a little longer if the organizers choose to process the videos.

➑️ The "Access the replay" button will appear in place of the red button that allowed you to join the live.
