Collecting feedback from your participants is one way to ensure the success of your event, and to highlight areas for improvement to perfect it for future editions.
The example automation allows you to contact all participants who attended your event after it has ended.
You will only need three steps:
The trigger: A participant's attendance status is changed (They were scanned, logged into a live stream, or visited a web page connected to a check-in point).
An action: Wait until a relative date (The data can be modified - Configure the wait)
An action: Send an email
When sending the email, you can include two distinct types of buttons:
A registration button that redirects to a section of the form where you ask your questions. This button preserves the participant's information, making the results non-anonymous.
A button linking to an external URL, which directs to a blank form intended to collect feedback about your event anonymously.
For a participant-associated form, you could follow up on the questionnaire by re-sending to those who have not completed one or more questions, to avoid contacting participants who have already responded.
