The platform allows you to assign labels to your participants; this makes it possible, for example, to group participants according to that criterion. You can then perform an advanced search using that label as a search criterion.
Create a label
Go to the configuration tab of your event then click on the Labels tab. The list of labels already created appears; to add a new one, simply enter the name of your new label, select its color, and click the Create button.
Assign a label
You can manually assign a label to your participants by going to the participant view, then clicking the + Add labels button at the bottom of the Details section.
It is also possible to trigger an action and assign the label in bulk. Start by selecting the segment or performing an advanced search to select the participants you want to assign the label to.
Click the More button > Trigger an action and Add/Remove labels. A window opens with the list of your labels; click on the label you want to assign to the participants.
A colored rectangle with the label name appears below the relevant participants.
