The Eventmaker Check-in app is available on:
Signing in to the app
Before any operation, you must sign in to the Eventmaker Check-in app.
Two options are available :
Standard sign-in with email address + password (Eventmaker account with access rights to the event).
Quick sign-in via a secure configuration QR Code, available in your profile on the Eventmaker back office or in the materials provided by your project manager.
Once signed in, select the event for which you want to manage access.
Download and prepare the participant list
From the main screen :
Click the Check-in button to access the participant list.
Click the three bars at the top left to access the download menu.
Choose to synchronize the entire participant database or only those linked to a specific check-in point.
Once the list is downloaded, it is available offline.
Search for and check in a participant
You can search for a participant by :
Last name
First name
Company
After clicking on their name :
The participant is checked in with a single click.
You can also view their information, edit their data, or cancel their check-in.
If the "personal message" option is enabled, a panel opens automatically with the message configured for that participant.
Scan a participant at the entrance
From the home screen :
Select a check-in point.
Click the Scan button to activate the camera.
Scan the participant's QR Code.
🧠 The app checks accreditation in real time and applies a color code according to the status.
Check-in color code
Color | Meaning |
🟢 Green | Participant authorized to access (check-in successful) |
🔴 Red | Participant not authorized or already scanned |
🟠 Orange | Participant scanned outside the scheduled times for the check-in point |
🔵 Blue | Check-in offline – will be synchronized as soon as the app reconnects |

By clicking on a name, you can :
Check in or cancel the check-in
View detailed information
Edit certain data (if permitted)
Read a personal message (optional)
Synchronization & offline
The app works offline. This means that :
You can scan or check in without an Internet connection.
The blue check-ins will be synchronized with the platform as soon as the app reconnects.
It is recommended to force a synchronization at the end of the day to ensure data is uploaded.
