What you can do with the Badge Builder

  • Add custom or dynamic text (first name, company, code, badge, etc.);

  • Insert a QR code;

  • Display a photo, a static image, or a conditional field;

  • Automatically display :

    • a participant's access rights

    • their purchased products

    • their appointments

    • their session schedule

  • Set the background of your badge;

  • Manage the alignment, size, position, and stacking order of elements;

  • Duplicate a badge to another event or to another category;

  • Customize the badge format (free dimensions).

A simplified workflow

  • No need to click “Regenerate”: saving automatically triggers badge updates.

  • Improved preview: the rendering in the builder is identical to the final PDF.

  • Simplified addition of dynamic content: no need to type code manually; buttons are available to insert information automatically.

Advanced mode always available: for very specific needs, a button allows your project managers to revert to code and create your badges according to your requirements.

Good to know

  • Each modification can be tested in real time.

  • The new system is compatible with your custom fields and segments.

  • You can move elements with the mouse or by keyboard.

Export your participants' badges

Once your badges are configured, you can easily export them in PDF format :

  1. Go to the Participant list tab.

  2. Use the advanced search to filter participants to export (by category, tag, etc.) or use one of your segments!

  3. Click the More button (top right), then Export.

  4. Choose the Badges format. A window opens allowing you to choose a sort order (by name, company…).

  5. Click Confirm. You will receive an email with a link to download a .zip file containing all badges in PDF format.

⚠️ Export may take several minutes depending on the number of badges generated.

💡 Badges can also be sent by email or made available on the website via the use of a Badge-type button.
