Access Website
Go to your event's back office.
Go to the Website tab
Click Customize Website
By default, you are redirected to the website homepage.
Open the pages overview
Click the Change web page button in the top left.
A view opens with all existing pages of your site: this is the web pages summary.
Create a new page
At the top of the pages list, click the New page button and a creation form appears.
Basic page settings
When creating the page, you must fill in several fields:
Page name: internal identifier visible only in the Eventmaker interface.
Page path: corresponds to the page URL. It is automatically generated from the name, but you can modify it manually.
Example: a page named “Practical information” could have the path
/infos-pratiques.
Advanced options
Several options are available depending on your needs:
Set as homepage: allows replacing the site's current homepage.
Layout type:
Default layout: standard web page hosted in Eventmaker.
Layout IFray: allows integrating the page into another site via an iframe.
Content type: generally left as dynamic, except in special cases.
Link to a resource: checkbox enabled automatically if the page is based on a resource (participants, sessions, products...).
Link to an access point: activate if you want to generate a check-in point each time a participant accesses the page.
Manage page visibility
Three main options are available:
Publish the page: makes it immediately visible on the site.
If not published, it will appear with a small red dot next to the name
Schedule the page:
Set a start date for display,
And/or an end date.
Restrict display:
By user type:
Logged-in participants (recognized by the platform),
Not logged-in participants (unauthenticated).
By a specific segment of participants (if logged in).
💡 It is also possible to apply section-level restrictions within the same page (content block).
Page SEO configuration
At the end of the page setup, you can configure the SEO settings:
Indexing:
If the page is indexed, it will be listed on search engines such as Google. An indexed page is displayed without a ghost.
If it is not indexed, it will not be publicly accessible via search engines. A non-indexed page is indicated by the presence of a small ghost on the summary.
Meta title and meta description:
These fields allow you to define the title and the description that will appear in search engine results.
It is recommended to customize them for each important page to optimize its SEO.
