Participant statuses
Status | Meaning |
| The participant is successfully registered for the event. They have completed the registration process and are considered confirmed. |
| The participant was added manually (Excel import, API, manual creation), without going through a form. They have not yet been contacted via the platform. |
| The participant has been contacted, but has not yet started a registration process. |
| The participant has completed all required steps for their registration. |
| The participant has completed their registration, but has not yet been validated, either automatically or manually by the organization. |
| The participant has been rejected following a moderation, either automatic or manual. |
| The participant declined the invitation or indicated that they would not attend (RSVP declined). |
| The participant was registered, but their registration was cancelled. |
Payment statuses :
Status | Meaning |
| The cart has been generated, but no payment has been made. The participant still needs to pay the full amount. |
| The cart is free (amount is €0). No payment is required. |
| The participant has made a partial payment. Part of the cart balance remains to be paid. |
| The cart has been fully paid. The payment process is complete. |
| A payment is pending validation (e.g., pending bank transfer, validation by the organization…). |
| The cart has been cancelled (manually or automatically). No further payment can be made. |
| The payment was declined (technical failure, card rejected, etc.). The participant must retry. |
| The total or partial amount of the cart has been refunded. No partial refunds on Eventmaker. |
Event attendance statuses (Showed_up)
Value | Meaning |
| The participant attended the event. |
| The participant did not attend the event. |
SSO connection statuses
Value | Meaning |
| The participant is logged in to a profile with an active SSO account. |
| An SSO account has been created, but the participant has not yet confirmed their account (confirmation email not validated). |
| The participant does not yet have an SSO account associated with their email address. |
