How to enable text generation with ChatGPT
⚠️ Only Eventmaker administrators (super admin) can enable this option.
Go to the Event tab > Advanced options.
Enable the "Text generation with ChatGPT" checkbox in the dedicated section.
Once enabled, the AI becomes available in:
the website RTE editor ,
the form fields of the "long text" type.
Go to the Website module (SiteFab).
On an existing page, click inside a section's text area.
Click the "AI Assistant" button.
Write your prompt (e.g.: "Give me a dynamic description for the homepage of a B2B tech trade show").
Edit, enhance, or shorten the response.
Click "Use result" to insert it into your page.
💡 Automatically available in every text area once the option is enabled.
Best practices :
Phrase your prompts clearly (objective + expected tone).
Always review the generated content before publishing.
Use AI as an assistant, never as a substitute for your human expertise.
Test without fear, even with absurd prompts (it's made for that too!).
