To help you quickly generate relevant content for your web pages, forms, or communications. The goal: save time, avoid the "blank page" syndrome and streamline the setup experience.

How to enable text generation with ChatGPT

⚠️ Only Eventmaker administrators (super admin) can enable this option.

  1. Go to the Event tab > Advanced options.

  2. Enable the "Text generation with ChatGPT" checkbox in the dedicated section.

Once enabled, the AI becomes available in:

  • the website RTE editor ,

  • the form fields of the "long text" type.

  1. Go to the Website module (SiteFab).

  2. On an existing page, click inside a section's text area.

  3. Click the "AI Assistant" button.

  4. Write your prompt (e.g.: "Give me a dynamic description for the homepage of a B2B tech trade show").

  5. Edit, enhance, or shorten the response.

  6. Click "Use result" to insert it into your page.

💡 Automatically available in every text area once the option is enabled.

Best practices :

  • Phrase your prompts clearly (objective + expected tone).

  • Always review the generated content before publishing.

  • Use AI as an assistant, never as a substitute for your human expertise.

  • Test without fear, even with absurd prompts (it's made for that too!).
