Why use a bulk action?
Save time: update entire participant segments in a single action.
Consistency: apply the same settings to a group of participants.
Simplicity: avoid errors caused by repeated manual changes.
How to perform bulk actions in Eventmaker?
Select the participants you want to affect with the bulk action. Either by checking their box, or by selecting a default segment; all participants in that segment will be affected by the action.
Click "More", trigger an action, and select the one you want.
⚠️ Sending emails via the bulk action is considered a mass individual send. We recommend using Campaigns to track the overall sending statistics.
⚠️ The participant status "Inscrit" can only be changed individually. A bulk action or a import of participants to update the status will not affect it.
You can check whether the operation was successful by clicking on one of your participants to see their personal information updated.
