Unlike an email campaign, you do not need to configure a message before setting up your campaign. However, you will need to select a segment of participants.
You can create your campaign from the Campaigns tab of your Eventmaker platform. Click the + Create a campaign button and select the SMS option. Name your campaign, choose a participant segment and write the text of your SMS.
If you wish to use custom fields, you can write them in Liquid. Finally, click the Send the campaign button if you want to send it immediately; otherwise check the Schedule campaign sending box to choose the date and time for sending.
The STOP SMS
When you send SMS campaigns, you can include the word STOP to 36035 to be GDPR compliant. This action allows your participants to stop being contacted by SMS.
⚠️ You must contact your CSM or support to verify that your account is able to send SMS. This operation can take up to 48h.
