Adding from the back office
To add a participant :
Go to Participant list
Click Add a participant
Fill in the required fields (first name, last name, email, status, category…)
Save
Use cases
Quickly register a guest who confirms by phone.
Add an additional exhibitor at the last minute.
Complete a registration with information collected offline.
Editing or deletion
To edit, click the participant's name then edit their record using the editor or the form.
To delete :
Select the participant and click Delete
Or open their record and choose Delete participant
A confirmation is always required.
⚠️ Each deletion is final. No information can be recovered on Eventmaker, except by using a previously made export.
For bulk deletion, use an advanced search then More>Trigger an action > Delete.
