Manual management of participants

How to manage your participants one by one.

Adding from the back office

To add a participant :

  1. Go to Participant list

  2. Click Add a participant

  3. Fill in the required fields (first name, last name, email, status, category…)

  4. Save

Use cases

  • Quickly register a guest who confirms by phone.

  • Add an additional exhibitor at the last minute.

  • Complete a registration with information collected offline.

Editing or deletion

  • To edit, click the participant's name then edit their record using the editor or the form.

  • To delete :

    • Select the participant and click Delete

    • Or open their record and choose Delete participant

    • A confirmation is always required.

⚠️ Each deletion is final. No information can be recovered on Eventmaker, except by using a previously made export.

For bulk deletion, use an advanced search then More>Trigger an action > Delete.
