Appointment follow-up

The idea here is fairly simple. Within events on Eventmaker, you can have appointment booking. However, it is not uncommon for a participant to forget or stop checking their requests and not respond to the various invitations they may have received.

To address this situation, our platform offers the ability to contact the person who received the request by sending them an email to invite them to review their appointment requests again.

Appointment follow-up

This example requires 4 steps :

Trigger: A reserved appointment;

Action: Wait for a period of time to be defined;

Condition: Verify that the appointment status is still "pending", that is, awaiting;

Action: Send an email to the person contacted for the appointment.

It is entirely possible to continue this automation with another wait action, another check and a second follow-up by simply repeating this cycle.
