Authorize Eventmaker emails in your IT system
Eventmaker can send various emails to your participants during your event: registration confirmation emails, campaign emails...
Eventmaker generally has a very good reputation for the deliverability of its emails. We isolate the reputation of the transactional email stream by using two different IP addresses, one for the transactional email stream and one for the campaign email stream.
However, to ensure optimal performance, it is possible to whitelist the IP addresses and the domain name used. To do this, you can provide the following information to your IT department:
Transactional emails
IP address: 185.189.237.159
domain name: eventmaker.io
Campaign emails
IP address: 87.253.238.50
domain names: eventmaker.io and awesomevent.net
Note that the domain bnc3.mailjet.com is, by default, shown in the Envelope From field of the Return-Path in the headers of each email.
If you use white-label emails (emails are sent from an address ending with @your-domain-name), the IP address of the server used to send your emails is: 185.250.236.138, regardless of the account used.
