Here are our recommendations for creating your graphic assets to configure your event platform.
⚠️ We recommend not uploading visuals larger than 10 MB to avoid overloading your website and to improve your SEO. The heavier the visuals (images, videos, etc.), the longer the page load time, which negatively affects its organic search ranking.
IMPORTANT: A background image block (or overlay) is not intended to convey a message. It is a visual that decorates a website, a page, or an email. It can also be obscured by buttons, text, or other page elements. The dimensions given are therefore indicative, and the image will always be cropped and resized.
To display a message within an image, use banners or illustrations.

The event banner will be used by default on forms, confirmation pages, and emails. This is why its size is moderate. If you prefer to have specific visuals for each communication medium, refer to the dimensions below.

NB: if uploaded files are too large, this will cause a 403 loading error on your page
In most cases, you will need to upload an A4 badge background in order to send it personalized to your participants.
Badge backgrounds
Badge backgrounds must meet the following constraints:
JPEG format to upload them to the Back office (the export and prints will be in PDF format)
The file must not exceed 8 MB
RGB color format
Badges in A4 format - Recommended resolution:
1,210 px X 1,719 px
One or more blank areas for personalization (depending on the chosen template)
NB: Your badge background will always be compressed on import to optimize downloads for your participants.
HTML colors
The colors requested across the different platform interfaces must be in HTML format (#FF0000). If you do not know them, you can obtain them using a photo editor or a browser extension such as ColorPicker, for example.
