Register your application with Zoho

Before Eventmaker can communicate with your Zoho account, you must register an OAuth client application in Zoho. Important Before starting, make sure you are signed out of any other Zoho account or use a private browsing window to avoid authentication i

Register your application

  1. Go to:

https://accounts.zoho.com/developerconsole
  1. Click Add Client ID.

  2. Select Server-based Applications.

  3. Fill in the following fields:

Eventmaker

Client Domain

https://app.eventmaker.io

Authorized Redirect URL

https://app.eventmaker.io/receive_zoho_grant_token

Click Create.

Retrieve your OAuth credentials

  1. Open the application you just created.

  2. Go to the Client Secret section.

  3. Copy both:

    • Client ID

    • Client Secret

Enable multi-DC support

Open the Settings tab of your OAuth application.

Enable the required option before returning to Eventmaker.

Configure Eventmaker

  1. Open the Eventmaker platform.

  2. Navigate to the category where you want to enable Zoho integration.

  3. Add the Zoho Billing block.

  4. Select Zoho OAuth v2 authentication.

  5. Paste the Client ID and Client Secret that you copied from Zoho.

Important

Before completing these steps, make sure you have already created your organization in Zoho Invoice.

Authorize Eventmaker

  1. Click Generate a new token.

  2. Sign in to your Zoho account if prompted.

  3. Authorize Eventmaker to access your Zoho data.

  4. Once authorization is complete, you will be redirected back to Eventmaker.

Save your configuration

Save your changes in Eventmaker.

Your Zoho integration is now configured and ready to use.

⚠️ You can reuse the same Client ID, Client Secret, and OAuth Token across multiple categories within the same event. This avoids repeating the entire authorization process for each category.
